The Order was read for the second reading and reference to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Bill C-32, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica.
Mr. Martin (Minister of Finance) for Mr. Pettigrew (Minister for International Trade), seconded by Mr. Peterson (Secretary of State (International Financial Institutions)), moved, -- That the Bill be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
