On October 20, 2020, the Subcommittee agreed to a motion to undertake a study on the human rights situation of the Uyghurs. This motion incorporates all evidence received during hearings held from July 20 to August 13, 2020, in the 1st session of the 43rd Parliament, which can be found here. Additionally, the Subcommittee held previous hearings on the subject from October 16 to December 11, 2018, which resulted in the publication of a comprehensive Summary of Evidence.
