Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the committee commenced its study of Parliamentary Protocol Related to an Incident in the Speaker's Gallery on Friday, September 22, 2023.

Eric Janse made a statement and, with Michel Bédard, Patrick McDonell, Jeffrey LeBlanc, Jeremy Leblanc, Nancy Anctil and Stéphan Aubé, answered questions.

At 12:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Steven MacKinnon made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
