Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of the Public Accounts of Canada 2023, referred to the committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Carolyn Rogers, Coralia Bulhoes, Nicolas Moreau and Evelyn Dancey answered questions.

At 5:22 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:27 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of Report 3, Rehabilitation of Parliament’s Centre Block—Public Services and Procurement Canada, of the 2023 Reports 1 to 4 of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the committee on Monday, March 27, 2023.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: " Rehabilitation of Parliament’s Centre Block".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

ORDERED, — That the clerk and analysts of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 5:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
