Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the committee on Moday, October 18, 2023, the committee commenced its study of bilingualism in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police senior executive committee.

Michael Duheme made a statement, and with Nadine Huggins, answered questions.

At 12:19 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:24 p.m., the sitting resumed.

John Buck and Yan Plante made statements, and with Roukya Abdi Aden, answered questions.
