Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the committee proceeded to a briefing with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the Deputy Minister of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada.

Romy Bowers and Kelly Gillis made statements and, with Kris Johnson, answered questions.

At 1:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
