David Angell made a statement and, with Leslie Scanlon and Heidi Kutz, answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Yuliia Kovaliv made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:46 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 1:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
