Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, November 25, 2022, the committee resumed its study of non-tariff barriers in Canada’s existing and potential international trade agreements.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 11:05, Hon. Judy A. Sgro took the Chair.

At 11:06, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 11:22 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee cover the cost of light refreshments during an informal meeting with a delegation from the New York State Assembly.

At 12:12 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
