Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the committee resumed its study of domestic manufacturing capacity for a COVID-19 vaccine.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the committee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

On motion of Earl Dreeshen, it was agreed, — That Hon. Pierre Poilievre be elected First Vice-Chair of the committee.

At 12:46 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
