Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, November 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of food security in northern communities.

Lori Nikkel, Garrison Settee and Elmer St. Pierre made statements and answered questions.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the support for Indigenous communities, businesses, and individuals through a second wave of COVID-19.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the Order of Reference of Tuesday, February 16, 2021, the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, the Minister of Indigenous Services and the Minister of Northern Affairs be invited to appear on Thursday, March 11, 2021, in relation to the Supplementary Estimates (C), 2020-21.

At 1:02 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
