Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee commenced its study of the coming into force of Bill C-208, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (transfer of small business or family farm or fishing corporation).

At 11:01 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:08 a.m., the sitting resumed.
