Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, the committee proceeded to a briefing on the topic of poultry and egg compensation.

The Hon. Marie-Claude Bibeau made a statement and, with Annette Gibbons, answered questions.

At 5:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:55 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee continue to hear witnesses on the processing capacity study for four more meetings; and, that members submit a prioritized list of witnesses to the clerk of the committee by Friday, January 8, 2021.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 6:21 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
