Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi), the committee commenced its study of subject matter of Supplementary Estimates (B), 2019-20: Vote 1b under Office of the Chief Electoral Officer.

Stéphane Perrault made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:09 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(i), the committee resumed its study of the Centre Block rehabilitation project and the block 2 redevelopment as part of the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) for the Parliamentary Precinct.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee invite the Clerk of the House of Commons and the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel to appear on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, in relation to the committee's study of the question of privilege referred to the committee on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

It was agreed, — That the committee invite the Minister of Justice and departmental officials to appear on Thursday, April 2, 2020, in relation to the study of the question of privilege referred to the committee on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

At 12:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
