The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by Public Services and Procurement Canada and communicated to the committee on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, the committee instructs the clerk to authorize the disclosure of the committee documents containing email exchanges contained in the request.

It was agreed, — That notwithstanding the reporting deadline of tuesday, June 23, 2020, stipulated by the House instructions of Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the committee recommends that it be given an extension until Friday, July 17, 2020, to present a report in relation to its current study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic; and that this recommendation be reported to the House.

At 11:45 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:46 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to the orders of reference of Saturday, April 11, 2020, and Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 2:13 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
