Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Claire Wardle, by videoconference from Boston, Massachusetts, Ryan Black and Pablo Jorge Tseng, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Tristan Harris, by videoconference from San Francisco, California, and Vivian Krause made statements and answered questions.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
