Minutes of Proceedings
On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That, except for Bills C-405, An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (pension plans), and C-406, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (foreign contributions), the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they should be considered by the House.
On motion of Blake Richards, it was agreed, — That the Subcommittee do not designate Bills C-405, An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (pension plans), and C-406, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (foreign contributions) non-votable and recommend that they also be considered by the House.
At 1:22 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
