Committee Business
The Subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the document entitled Update on the Special Committee’s Study on Electoral Reform be adopted as amended and published on the Committee’s website, and that the Chair, Clerks and Analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

At 9:36 a.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
