The Subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That the testimony given by all of the witnesses appearing during meetings 12, 13, 15, 51, 66 and the testimony of Gustavo Lozano during meeting 76 be taken into consideration for the study of the human rights surrounding natural resource extraction within Latin America.

It was agreed, — That two meetings, next Wednesday, November 8, 2017 and Thursday, November 9, 2017, be held on the human rights situation in Somalia.

Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Thursday, February 4, 2016, and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Thursday, June 16, 2016, the Subcommittee resumed its study of human trafficking in South Asia.

The Subcommittee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 1:56 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
