Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(i), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the Centre Block rehabilitation project.

At 11:02 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Susan Kulba made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 11:28 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:48 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:09 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
