The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee cancel its meeting on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee be authorized to purchase gifts to be presented to the delegation from The State Financial Accountability Agency of the People's Representative Council of Indonesia on Tuesday, October 16, 2018.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the message of the Auditor General in the 2018 spring reports.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Briefing on the Message of the Auditor General in the 2018 Spring Reports".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That, in addition to the 50 copies printed by the House, the Committee request that copies of the Report on the "Briefing on the Message of the Auditor General in the 2018 Spring Reports" be printed with a special cover.

At 5:14 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
