The Minister made a statement and, with Marie Lemay and Gavin Liddy, answered questions.

At 4:38 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Ron Parker made a statement and, with Marie Lemay, Alain Duplantie, Gavin Liddy, Marty Muldoon, Brigitte Fortin, Graham Barr, answered questions.

At 5:47 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 6:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
