Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c)(ix) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the mandate and operations of selected Crown corporations.

James Paul and John McBain made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 5:09 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:12 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:24 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
