Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 20, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Greening Government Strategy.

Nancy Sutley, by videoconference from Los Angeles, California, Hannele Pokka, by videoconference from Helsinki, Finland, Elise Calais, by videoconference from Paris, France, and Jean-Baptiste Trocmé, by videoconference from Paris, France, made statements and, with Corinne Fritsch, by videoconference from Paris, France, answered questions.

At 10:05 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 10:07 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:07 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Order adopted on Thursday, October 4, 2018, regarding the deadline to submit witnesses for the Committee’s study of hiring veterans for public service positions, the proposed witnesses be added to the witness list.

At 10:09 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
