The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: “Committee Activities and Expenditures – April 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016”.
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
The Clerk gave a presentation of the financial status of the global envelope for committee activities.
Eric Janse, Ian McDonald, Jean-Philippe Brochu and Scott Lemoine made a presentation and answered questions.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 107(6), a Subcommittee be established to review communication activities in relation to Committees.
At 1:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
