Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in accordance with the request of the Standing Committee on Finance, the Committee study the subject matter of Bill C-86, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 27, 2018 and other measures, Part 4, Division 20, at the meeting of Wednesday, November 7, 2018; and that the relevant officials from the Department of Justice be invited to appear at that time.

Human Trafficking in Canada
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 8, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of human trafficking in Canada.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 4:46 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
