Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, May 5, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of broadband connectivity in rural Canada.

Jay Thomson, Christopher Mitchell, by videoconference from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dean Proctor, Christine J. Prudham and James Maunder made statements and, with Ian Stevens, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:07 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:17 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
