Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of community capacity building and retention of talent.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 9:50 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:52 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, further to the motions adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, the Minister of Intergovernmental and Northern Affairs and Internal Trade, and the Minister of Indigenous Services be invited to appear for two hours on Thursday, February 28, 2019, regarding the studies of Supplementary Estimates (B), 2018-19, and Interim Estimates 2019-20.

At 10:17 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
