Nicole Laveau, by videoconference from Québec, Quebec, Irene Sheppard by videoconference from Surrey, British Columbia, Michael R. Veall, Jane Rooney and Sébastien Larochelle-Côté made statements and, with Andrew Heisz and Pamela Best, answered questions.

At 5:17 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
