Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 7, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the development of a national pharmacare program.

Dr. Marc-André Gagnon, Prof. Steven Morgan, Dr. Danyaal Raza and Stephen Frank made statements and answered questions.

At 5:14 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit and have another round of three-minute questions.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of antimicrobial resistance, the Committee dedicate the meetings of Thursday, November 2, Tuesday, November 7 and Thursday, November 9, 2017, to hear witnesses.
