The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the federal framework on Lyme disease, the draft workplan, as amended, be adopted.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Thursday, December 8, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of public health effects of online violent and degrading sexually explicit material on children, women and men (M-47).

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
