Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 27, 2019, and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of the level of fitness and physical activity of youth in Canada (M-206).

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Get Canada's Youth Moving!".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single line spacing and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 13, 2019.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of LGBTQ2 health in Canada.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Health of LGBTQIA2 Communities in Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request the government table a comprehensive response to the report; however, notwithstanding the deadline of 120 days stipulated in Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the comprehensive response to this report be tabled within 60 days of the presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single line spacing and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 13, 2019.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 5:10 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
