Election of Chair
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Chair.

On motion of Pat Finnigan, it was agreed, — That Ken McDonald be elected Chair of the Committee.

At 3:32 p.m., Ken McDonald took the Chair.

At 3:34 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:36 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 3:54 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
