Anarudha Dugal, Ann Decter and Willem Adema, by videoconference from Paris, France, made statements and answered questions.

At 9:42 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Valerie Carruthers, Rosalind Lockyer, Jennifer Reynolds and Jane Stinson made statements and answered questions.

At 10:43 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
