Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Alex Cameron, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Molly Reynolds and Paige Backman made statements and answered questions.

At 4:54 p.m., Pat Kelly took the Chair.

At 4:59 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:05 p.m., Daniel Blaikie took the Chair.

At 5:09 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
