Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of privacy of digital government services.

Alex Benay and Aaron Snow made statements and, with John O'Brien and Ruth Naylor, answered questions.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

On motion of Charlie Angus, ORDERED, — That the Chair send a letter to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs drawing their attention to the conclusions contained in the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics’ 16th report entitled “Addressing Digital Privacy Vulnerabilities and Potential Threats to Canada’s Democratic Electoral Process”.

At 5:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
