Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on family reunification.

Marichu Antonio and Bronywn Bragg, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, and Michael Ungar made statements and answered questions.

At 4:24 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Puneet Uppal, by videoconference from Burnaby, British Columbia, Lisa Bamford De Gante, by videoconference from Fredericton, New Brunswick, and James Bissett made statements and answered questions.

At 5:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:27 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $5,300, for the study on resettling Yazidi girls and women, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the appropriate parliamentary affairs personnel from invited departments be allowed to attend the in camera portions of the study on resettling Yazidi Girls and Women.

At 5:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
