Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, July 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the impact of irregular crossing of Canada's southern border.

Stephan Reichhold, Amy Casipullai, Anne Woolger, Alex Neve and Seidu Mohammed made statements and answered questions.

At 4:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:04 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Minister Hussen made a statement and, with Minister Blair and Mike MacDonald, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
