It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee begin a pre-study of Bill C-100, An Act to implement the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States, that stakeholders be invited to appear, and that a summary of evidence be provided to the Committee.
At 3:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
