Nancy Lee, Brenda Andress and Shannon Donovan made statements and answered questions.

At 12:09 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the media and local communities.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 12:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:19 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.
