Committee Business

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the meeting of Tuesday, October 24, 2017, be devoted to giving drafting instructions to the analysts for a report on the study of a food policy for Canada, to considering future studies to be carried out and to considering the draft report on the study on non-tariff barriers to the sale of agricultural products covered by free trade agreements.

Non-Tariff Trade Barriers to the Sale of Agricultural Products in Relation to Free Trade Agreements

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the non-tariff trade barriers to the sale of agricultural products in relation to Free Trade Agreements.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 4:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
