Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, May 2, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the next agricultural policy framework.

Mark Davies and Caroline Emond made statements and, with Phil Boyd and Émie Désilets, answered questions.

At 9:42 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:49 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Committee Business

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee undertake a study of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2016-17 and that the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food be invited to appear before the Committee on either November 22 or 24, 2016, in order to discuss them.

At 10:47 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
