Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motions adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 and Wednesday, January 31, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of advancements of technology and research in the agriculture industry that can support Canadian exports.

Andrew Casey, Jean-Marc Ruest, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Simon Dugré, by videoconference from Victoriaville, Quebec, made statements and answered questions.

At 9:46 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:54 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Howard Mains and Ray Orb, by videoconference from Regina, Saskatchewan, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:44 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
