The Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates met in a televised session at 11:00 a.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Pat Martin, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Mark Adler, Tarik Brahmi, Brad Butt, Hon. Gerry Byrne, Greg Kerr, Guy Lauzon, Pat Martin, Mathieu Ravignat, Chris Warkentin and Wai Young.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: André Léonard, Analyst; Lindsay McGlashan, Analyst.

 

Witnesses: Privy Council Office: Karen Cahill, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Services; Michelle Doucet, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Services. Canada School of Public Service: Jean-François Fleury, Vice-President, Learning Programs Branch; Geofredo Garay, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Management and Registration Services Branch; Danielle May-Cuconato, Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the Committee resumed consideration of the Main Estimates 2015-16: Vote 1 under PRIVY COUNCIL, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, February 24, 2015; and
 
Pursuant to Standing Order 81(7), the Committee resumed consideration of the Reports on Plans and Priorities 2015-16.
 

Michelle Doucet made a statement and, with Karen Cahill, answered questions.

 

At 11:59 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the Committee resumed consideration of the Main Estimates 2015-16: Vote 1 under CANADA SCHOOL OF PUBLIC SERVICE, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, February 24, 2015; and
 
Pursuant to Standing Order 81(7), the Committee resumed consideration of the Report on Plans and Priorities 2015-16 of CANADA SCHOOL OF PUBLIC SERVICE.
 

Danielle May-Cuconato made a statement and, with Jean-François Fleury, answered questions.

 

At 12:07 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

 

At 12:24 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
