Tuesday, June 1st, 1999
The Sub-Committee on Tax Equity for Canadian Families with Dependent Children of the Standing Committee on Finance met in camera at 9:00 a.m. this day, in Room 705, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Nick Discepola, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Serge Cardin, Nick Discepola, Michelle Dockrill, Paul Forseth, Karen Redman and Paul Szabo.
Acting Member present: Marlene Jennings for Rey Pagtakhan.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Marion Wrobel, Senior Analyst and Julie Cusson, Analyst.
Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Finance, dated March 17, 1999, the Sub-Committee resumed its study on Tax Fairness for Canadian Families with Dependent Children
The Committee resumed consideration of its draft report.
At 12:19 p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
