The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 3:20 p.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its examination of the situation in Kosovo. (See the Minutes of Proceedings of March 31, 1999, Meeting No. 111.)

Jim Wright and Lt. General Raymond Henault each made an opening statement and, with Hélène Corneau, answered questions.

At 4:38 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
