| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, September 30, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-509, An Act to amend the Canada Post Corporation Act (library materials), and agreed on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du jeudi 30 septembre 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-509, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes (documents de bibliothèque), et a convenu le mardi 26 octobre 2010, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-509, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing lines 7 to 10 on page 1 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-509, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 11, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
““library materials” are defined as books, magazines, records, CDs, CD-ROMs, audiocassettes, videocassettes, DVDs and other audiovisual materials and other similar library materials.” | « audiovisuelle ou documents semblables d’une bibliothèque. » |

“4. The Act is amended by adding the following after section 21.1: 21.2 Parliament shall review the definition of library materials and s.19(1)(g.1) at least every 10 years.” | « 4.
