M-113 Requirements for education and non-military training

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should instruct the Department of National Defence and Veterans Affairs Canada to amend the requirements for education and non-military training for all Canadian Forces members exiting the military, and veterans to: (a) provide the opportunity to apply for education or non-military training benefits when the Canadian Forces member or veteran so chooses; and (b) ensure that any education or non-military training benefits coverage can continue when moving from the Department of National Defence to Veterans Affairs Canada.
