Inscriptions	Presented to the people of Canada in the Centennial Year - 1967 in proud tribute to the men whose vision became the nation's destiny. The famous Quebec Conference painting by Robert Harris, CMG, RCA, was destroyed in the Parliament Buildings fire of February 3, 1916. A half century later Rex Woods was commissioned by Confederation Life to recreate the original masterpiece for presentation to the nation.
