“Fiddle Bill” & “Canada 150”
In 2015, to celebrate the bill to establish a National Fiddling Day (third Saturday in May) in Canada, the acclaimed Ontario fiddler, Kelli Trottier, wrote the tune “Fiddle Bill,” and followed it in 2017 with “Canada 150.” Both were adapted for the Peace Tower Carillon by Dominion Carillonneur, Andrea McCrady.
