| Motion No. 1 — June 8, 2021 — The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance — That Bill C-30, in Clause 24, be amended by adding after line 27 on page 31 the following: |
| (10.1) Paragraph (f) of the definition eligible entity in subsection 125.7(1) of the Act is replaced by the following: |
| (f) a prescribed organization, |
| but, for the eighteenth qualifying period and subsequent qualifying periods, does not include a political party. (entité déterminée) |
| Motion No. 2 — June 8, 2021 — The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance — That Bill C-30 be amended by restoring Clause 158 as follows: |
| 158 Subsection 14(1) of the Canadian Securities Regulation Regime Transition Office Act is replaced by the following: |
| 14 (1) The Minister may make direct payments, in an aggregate amount not exceeding $119,500,000, or any greater amount that may be specified in an appropriation Act, to the Transition Office for its use. |
